txUnproject.

Converts Web Mercator world pixels back to geographic coordinates at the same zoom.

Parameters: Vue x, y, zoom; Dart Offset point, zoom. Synchronously returns TxCoordinate with lat/lng in degrees; use the same zoom as txProject.
